This incredible sapphire bears the characteristic color, known as "cornflower" blue, of sapphires of Sri Lankan origin. Formerly called Ceylon, this region has historically produced gems of this unique periwinkle blue hue. A graceful, decorative basket setting holds this beautiful gem, which is flanked by two reclaimed, softly elongated Old Mine Cut diamonds.
