Art Nouveau Amethyst + Seed Pearl Pendant in 14k Gold

This beautiful pearl and amethyst lavalier-style pendant is lovingly fashioned of 14k yellow gold. It features a host of gleaming cream-colored pearls and a single, royal purple amethyst teardrop. Bearing the characteristic color motif of Sufraggette jewelry, and hailing from the earing 1900s, the possibility of this pendant being worn as a symbol of women's rights adds wonderful significance to this gorgeous piece.

• The pendant measures approximately 1.25" from top to bottom, by about 0.75" in width.
  
• This piece is dated circa 1900-1910 and may show signs of wear commensurate with its age. It has been evaluated to ensure the stones are secure, and it has been fully cleaned and polished.

The pendant was made in the early 1900s and was selected by Christine at an antique jewelry show in 2022.
