This stunning rose-cut Labradorite has an incredible blue-purple flash when it catches the light. An attractive feature of this gemstone, this is a phenomenon called labradorescence, which is caused by microscopic inclusions of light-reflective minerals (such as albite and mica) as well as the alignment of the gem's crystal lattice. The pendant is open in the back, providing a lightweight setting for this impressive gemstone.
